Position Overview
We are looking for experienced and motivated Independent Sales Representatives to represent Aparso in key North American regions. This role is ideal for professionals with established relationships in the outdoor, sports, and active lifestyle retail sectors. You’ll be responsible for driving brand growth through wholesale partnerships, retail outreach, and seasonal order management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with outdoor and sporting goods retailers in your territory
- Present seasonal collections to existing and potential clients
- Achieve sales targets and expand brand visibility within the region
- Coordinate with the Aparso head office on product updates, marketing initiatives, and trade show events
- Provide market feedback and insights to guide future product development
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the outdoor, apparel, or footwear industry
- Established retailer network (e.g., Valhalla Pure, MEC, independent outdoor stores, or similar)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Compensation
This is a commission-based position. Competitive commission rates and seasonal incentives are offered based on performance.
