Eligibility for Return:
For online purchases, you can request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date. Please note that only one return request is permitted per order. Unless there is a quality issue, each product can be exchanged or returned only once per transaction.

- Our customer service will send you the return label through email.
- The newly exchanged item will be sent to the same delivery address specified on the original order. If there is any change in the delivery address, please inform our customer service in advance.

Refund
Refunds are processed daily. Once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product(s). Please note that the actual processing time for the refund may vary depending on your bank's policies.
If the returned product(s) do not meet our return conditions or requirements, we will promptly contact you to inform you that a refund cannot be processed.
Quality Issues
- Issues such as small threads, raw edges (common in apparel), color differences due to varying monitor displays (which can cause unavoidable color variations), thickness variations, running threads, hand-feel, and other similar details are not classified as quality issues.
- Returns or exchanges based on style, color, or personal preferences are not considered valid claims for quality issues.
- Damage resulting from improper use, washing, alteration by the customer, or other human factors will not be deemed a quality issue.
- If products are clearly labeled as having defects at the time of purchase, these defects will not be classified as quality issues and will not qualify for return or exchange.
Return/Exchange Conditions
- Products must be shipped back within 7 business daysafter the return/exchange request is made.
- Items must be in their original condition—intact, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, without any stains or cosmetics—ensuring they remain eligible for resale.
- The outer packaging must be intact (including any plastic bags or boxes). Please do not apply any tapes or labels directly to shoe boxes; instead, place the shoe box inside another box or bag. All product accessories, instructions, hangtags, and labels must also be preserved.
- If the order includes additional gifts (e.g., promotional gifts with purchase), please return these items as well, in the same condition as received. If any gifts cannot be returned, we reserve the right to charge for them at their indicated value.
Return / ExchangeExclusions
- Products not purchased through the website.
- Items bought during specific promotions or events where it is clearly stated that returns or exchanges are not permitted.
- Customized products that do not have quality issues.
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear are final sale.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered (e.g., resized), soiled, damaged, have hangtags removed, or are not in resalable condition.
- Loss of the electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase.
- Orders that are returned outside the designated return/exchange period.
- Products with known defects at the time of purchase that are returned or exchanged for those defects.
- Any other circumstances that do not allow for returns or exchanges under this policy or applicable law.
