Return/Exchange Conditions

  1. Products must be shipped back within 7 business days after the return/exchange request is made.
  2. Items must be in their original condition—intact, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, without any stains or cosmetics—ensuring they remain eligible for resale.
  3. The outer packaging must be intact (including any plastic bags or boxes). Please do not apply any tapes or labels directly to shoe boxes; instead, place the shoe box inside another box or bag. All product accessories, instructions, hangtags, and labels must also be preserved.
  4. If the order includes additional gifts (e.g., promotional gifts with purchase), please return these items as well, in the same condition as received. If any gifts cannot be returned, we reserve the right to charge for them at their indicated value.

Return / ExchangeExclusions

  1. Products not purchased through the website.
  2. Items bought during specific promotions or events where it is clearly stated that returns or exchanges are not permitted.
  3. Customized products that do not have quality issues.
  4. Underwear, socks, and swimwear are final sale.
  5. Products that have been used, washed, altered (e.g., resized), soiled, damaged, have hangtags removed, or are not in resalable condition.
  6. Loss of the electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase.
  7. Orders that are returned outside the designated return/exchange period.
  8. Products with known defects at the time of purchase that are returned or exchanged for those defects.
  9. Any other circumstances that do not allow for returns or exchanges under this policy or applicable law.

Please note that returns and exchanges for purchases made on our website can only be processed online.
