Eligibility for Return:

For online purchases, you can request a return or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date. Please note that only one return/exchange request is permitted per order. Unless there is a quality issue, each product can be exchanged or returned only once per transaction.

Refund

  • Refunds are processed daily. Once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product(s).   • If the returned product(s) do not meet our return conditions or requirements, we will promptly contact you to inform you that a refund cannot be processed.
